Who They Are Looking For:

They are currrently seeking experienced engineers with a strong background in FPGA systems to join their team. The ideal candidates will design, build, and maintain the FPGA platform, focusing on performance optimization and interaction with hardware and infrastructure. They will participate in the full product lifecycle, collaborating with colleagues worldwide and adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:
??
Bachelor???s or Master???s degree in computer science or a similar engineering field.
Extensive experience with SystemVerilog or a similar hardware description language.
Ability to create testbenches for HDL code validation, with experience in ModelSim being a plus.
Strong grasp of computer networks, particularly Ethernet and TCP/IP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
??
Experience in C/C++ programming and Linux environment.
Linux systems programming experience, with a focus on the networking stack.
Experience debugging live FPGA systems using signal tapping.
Knowledge of performance tuning for low latency.
Experience building APIs for complex systems' interactions.
Familiarity with global equities markets trading.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement best-in-class market data and order handling infrastructure on FPGAs.
Provide strategic direction to the firm's Direct Market Access offering in response to changing market regulations.
Understand market microstructure and implement changes to adapt to evolving markets.
Collaborate with clients, sales, trading, and regulatory teams on feature builds.
Utilize data to guide decision-making and develop or enhance tools for data collection.
