Formulate business strategies and plans for growing the institutional sales business with emphasis on business AUM development and market penetration to Korea market in the Asia Pacific region
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Develop, build and sustain professional relationships with institutional clients and utilize these relationships to promote business
Provide total financial asset management solutions to institutional clients (with major focus on central bank/ sovereign wealth fund/financial institutions in Asian region)
Drive and lead internal and external coordination to meet and provide products necessary to meet client's requirements
Organize roadshows and meetings to promote Taikang's brand
An experienced institutional sales banker or portfolio manager possesses at least 7 years of relevant new business acquisition experience in Korea is a MUST
Good knowledge in sovereign wealth fund/financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region
With proven track record and resourceful in client relationship management and retention to build profitability and relationship
Resourceful and knowledgeable of the capital markets and products
Strong leadership and relationship building skills
Must be an effective Mandarin communicator with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
A team player willing to share and groom junior team members
Can travel and be customer focused
