We are looking for Real Estate Controlling Manager for our Budapest Office Finance Division
Corporate Support Finance (CSF) within FCG makes sure books and records are correct for Morgan Stanley's support areas, reviews active cost pool, prepares balance sheet and expense account reconciliations. As part of the monthly reporting prepares global support service divisional packs with analysis and commentary.
Real Estate is the second largest Support Services group both headcount and P/L expense wise (+$1.5 Bn/yr). We are looking for a motivated candidate to join the Real Estate reporting team.
P/L reporting that will provide a well rounded experience of what kind of financial information Business Unit's clients are looking for
Involvement in monthly analysis of P/L results and expense position as compared to plan, mainly focused on but not limited to consulting expenses
Understanding the global Real Estate reporting and planning process and looking for ways to streamline and improve
Taking ownership and coordinate reporting deliverables of a team of 3
Dealing with and prioritizing ad hoc requests
Liaising with the regional counterparts, cascading information accross the globe
Client-facing with visibility among CSF Business Partners and Corporate
Real Estate counterparts
Opportunity to participate in Real Estate expense planning according to the firm's Real Estate Stategy and Capital Plan

At least 5 years of experience related to accounting or financial reporting
Solid knowledge of finance or accounting concepts
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
People management experience is a plus
