Handle business advisory, investment compliance as well as client certification to meet investor requirements.
Work closely with fund administrators and auditors on fund related compliance issues as they arise.
Prepare businessdue diligence documents and review investor agreements
Work closely with external auditors/legal counsels on fund issues
Work closely with Fund Managers on On-boarding requests.
Update business on relevant regulatory developments and changes
Conduct ongoing monitoring programme on investment restrictions and guidelines, AML/CFT procedures and also conduct compliance reviews within the businesses.
Degree qualified, candidates should have at least 7- 10 years of compliance experience in fund management/asset management companies or in the Big 4 handling having asset management audits. You should have effective written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential to success.
