Lead the Client Service Specialist team, that partners the Front Office (Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager) in the on boarding of new client relationship as well as enquiries relating to retail services.
Provide close guidance to team members, and ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely and professional manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security and control requirements.
Share best practices/feedback with Front Office and relevant stakeholders / partners.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking
Sound understanding of Financial Services in compliance and banking regulations, preferably knowledge of KYC and AML processes
Experience in documentation review/on boarding role
Good organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
