Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Raise technical and business tickets if required when users contact customer service (CSR).
Inform End User system outage (if any) provided by platform & application operator.
Address all queries (including data lineage / accuracy, policies and business processes implemented in the Workbench) on the spot (CSR) or,
Identify and contact Subject Matter Experts, follow-up and communicate resolution plan to users according to agreed SLA (CSR).
Analyse issues raised and help Product Owners to prioritize into backlogs (CSR).
Learn new functionalities of the Credit Workbench (CSR).
Teach and Refresh users about functionalities of Credit Workbench (CSR).
Maintain online documentation available to users (FAQs, How-to Guides) (CSR).
Degree holder with at least 5 years' experience supporting end to end Credit processes.
Knowledge of end to end Credit-related processes and data glows.
Desire to help Credit Workbench users in a helpful and timely manner.
