Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Provide Business Process Engineering expertise, alignment and direction on process design and architecture in partnership with the RMG units.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the MEGA tool - driving application, standards and ensuring ongoing MEGA Team support with appropriate access rights in place.
Utilise the MEGA Central Repository to explore analysis opportunities and develop actionable insights for RMG projects, including CAP and other initiatives.
Provide hands-on support to the journey managers for RMG's transformational journeys.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Understand & map processes to drive digitalisation to create a digital culture across RMG for all the markets.
Degree in any related field.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in end-to-end process analysis, design and solutioning as well as enterprise architecture; familiarity with MEGA as used for DBS' configuration would be an advantage.
Hands-on experience in project or change management and cross team engagements.
Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Human Centered Design and LEAN would be a plus.
Strong organization skills and structured thinking with ability to understand and synthesize unstructured information.
Excellent communication (oral and written) including presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
