Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Responsible for driving implementation of design-thinking, human centered design and lean startup methodology within RMG.
Lead internal change management projects in partnership with RMG units.
Design and conduct training and workshops.
Provide hands-on support transformational journeys within RMG.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Understand & map processes to drive digitalisation using RPA, Machine Intelligence in collaboration with all RMG teams.
Master's / University degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in business analysis and transformation preferably in Financial Services.
Strong project management, coaching and facilitation experience.
Experience in Human Centered Design / Design Thinking and Agile.
Excellent communication (oral and written) including presentation skills.
Excellent data analysis & data visualization skills.
Exposure to and knowledge of analytics tools like QlikView, SAS.
Lean Six Sigma certification / training will be a plus.
Understanding of various processes within Risk Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
