Supervision of Trade Support Unit dedicated to Prime Services managing a team of 9 staff in Hongkong and Japan
Ensure operational support for trade flow monitoring for Prime Brokerage activities across all asset class (Securities, FX, OTC Equity, Listed derivatives)
Ensure post trade support for cash equity execution business in terms of booking, confirmation, and settlement matching
Maintain a close governance with global team for Trade Support Unit team to ensure converge of processes and follow the sun set up
Lead the transformation roadmap for Trade Support Unit in Asia to deliver seamless service to our client and optimization of the value chain
Act as representative for Operations facing the business line in Asia
Develop the platform to support business growth
Ensure the adequate control framework and key performance and risks indicators are aligned with internal target
Key Skill Areas & Knowledge Required:
Very strong knowledge of prime brokerage activities and trade support unit function for Global market activities
Extensive cross-product knowledge and operations value chain -8 years minimum experience
Very good understanding of regulatory environment and requirements
Good experience in team management across region
