An opportunity has arisen at a prestigious and well known active global fund manager who is seeking to appoint a seasoned institutional client service professional. In this role, the Client Account Manager will work alongside the Institutional Sales Director within the institutional distribution channel and provide client service across all levels and stages. You will take full ownership for the resolution of all client queries and use your technical knowledge and experience to ensure the administration of the funds run smoothly, e.g. transitions, accounting, cash movements and tax matters. You will also construct and sign off on all mandate reporting.
Profiles of interest are those who are results driven, self-starters with a proven background in Funds Management and a history of working with institutional clients. Outstanding relationship management skills are a must as is the ability to organize, plan and handle multiple priorities at once.
