A Challenging senior position in the Business Area External Asset Managers, with the unique opportunity to establish a proven track record in this specific business model
Contribute to the sustainable success of our business by supporting the continuous evolution of the risk and control framework and ensuring its effective implementation in operational controls, including best practice due diligence standards
Perform reviews of EAM-related risks and key processes, including spot checks and quality assurance
Implement lessons learnt, audit requirements, sustainability measures and clean-up projects and perform related post-implementation reviews
Provide high quality and solution oriented risk advisory services to our front office areas and act as problem owner in cross-functional taskforces
Represent the segment EAM in selected control-related committees, forums and task forces

University degree or equivalent banking or finance experience
At least 5 years of work experience in project management/consulting in the financial industry, wealth management, corporate or investment banking
Experience in business risk management, compliance or similar role in a business support/COO context or front office
Experience in leading projects as well as established track record in tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
Team player with the ability to manage stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and to establish trusted relationships to front office and specialists
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills; "can do attitude"; willingness to take ownership; structured, solution-oriented and independent working methods
Excellent knowledge of German and English
