Perform trade matching with brokers
Monitoring and following up on missing trade confirmation
Timely processing of securities trades in adherence to regulatory requirements including Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Notes, Mutual Funds and Derivatives
Liaise with custodian to ensure timely and accurate settlement in market
To investigate any trade discrepancies or failing trades with Middle Office and Counterparties
Handle the funding of settlements cash account and instructing payment to counterparties for trades
Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks highlighted by the reconciliations team
Handling email enquiries and requests from Front Office and other business units
Perform UAT for system enhancement
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Polytechnic Diploma or University degree with 1 to 5 years of experience in private bank operations
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Computer skills or knowledge of VBA or SQL coding will be advantageous
