We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Learning Academy Manager.
Works collaboratively with the business line or Function leadership to deliver the learning strategy through detailed and ongoing consultation and initial strategic needs analysis.
Screens and assesses business needs to ensure development of capability across the client area
Provides performance consultation for Academies working closely with business stakeholders, Human Resources generalists to ensure the proposed learning solutions are designed with relevance for the proper audience and are focused on the desired business impact
Leads and drives the learning agenda for the global business lines, challenging where appropriate to ensure content is designed in line with the group learning channel strategy.
Act as a business expert with an expertise in the Learning profession.
Evaluates and screens business needs to ensure the development of performance driven, results oriented solutions, contribute to the training demand planning process.
Works directly with the Global Academy Head, Regional or Country Head of Learning and other key Human Resources stakeholders to establish and coordinate the learning requirements for Business Line.
Establishes and maintains key business relationships at the senior and executive levels to ensure ongoing development and alignment of academy strategy to business issues and needs.
Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role.
Ability to demonstrate and adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes and procedures.
