We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Liabilities Products Manager.
Build Liabilities Business for Retail Banking and Wealth Management to optimize profitable growth and achieve business targets
Develop new products or features and enhance service propositions related to deposits, debit cards, transaction banking and payments to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
Manage strategic development of Liabilities Business for long term sustainable growth
Lead or participate in strategic development and implementation of global and local customer or product propositions related to deposits, debit cards, transaction banking and payments
Provide business inputs and execute Group initiatives or adopt recommended Group Solutions
Lead a team within Liabilities Products to manage business performance and implement business initiatives
Co work with other departments on executing deposits, debit cards, transaction banking and payments related matters
Streamline work processes to enhance turnaround or deliverables to internal or external customers
Master degree or relevant professional qualification is an added asset but not a must
Relevant product knowledge and working experience in deposits, debit cards, transaction banking and payments
Proven record or experience on team management in a supervisory role to achieve objectives
Ability to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales and quality of output
Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges, and able to work under pressure
Ability to build connections and work collaboratively with others
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards
Excellent both oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate recommendations
