We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Business Oversight Manager.
Able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes and procedures
Support the implementation of financial crime risk management programmes covering Customer Due Diligence, Financial Crime Compliance and Financial Intelligence for HCBS
Coordinate with Global and Regional counterparts, as well as local stakeholders both inside and outside of HCBS to support financial crime control initiatives
Support country governance for financial crime risk management programmes for HCBS
Keep track of financial crime risk management implementation progress and prepare management reports against programme scope, programme plans and cross programme dependencies for HCBS
Support the development of financial crime risk management communication and training materials ensuring they are fit for purpose
Experience in the Bank within the Retail banking and Wealth Management or Brokerage business, change delivery or risk management
Strong knowledge of products and process in Retail Banking and Wealth Management, in particular customer Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions related
Good understanding of the Functional Instruction Manual, and other external and internal policy related to Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Brokerage business
Proven leadership ability or experience working with and managing large teams with diverse stakeholders will be preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
Demonstrated experience delivering large scale business initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in the regulatory space within a Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Brokerage business context
