The primary responsibilities of the Client On-Boarding Manager will be:
To manage the day-today activities of the New Businesses Team within the Client On-Boarding Unit.
To deputise for the Head of Client On Boarding in his absence and to review account opening requests and provide AML approvals for all clients.
To ensure that accurate records of work are taken for MI purposes
To act as main Client On-boarding contact point for Clients, Sales and internal support areas
To be Client On-Boarding Manager you will need:
A minimum of 2 years managerial experience within a similar on-boarding team within an Investment Bank or similar Financial Services organisation.
Excellent knowledge of corporate structures and related CDD/On-Boarding/KYC requirements
Previous management experience and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and people management skills
