This role will lead the formulation of a digital strategy for Asia, working in partnership with the global team to complement CCB's Global Digital Transformation strategy.The role will be expected to articulate Asia's vision into a formal blueprint, and also be actively involved to drive the design and development of end-to-end digital solutions. . This role will also involve leading some of the identified regional or global digital initiatives, with responsibility for change management, utilisation and adoption of these programs. Key Responsibilities
The key responsibility of the job is to regionally implement CCB's digital strategy working in close partnership with CCB's Global Digital team.This will entail: · Developing an in-depth understanding of the approaches and digital offerings in the commercial banking market. · Using results from the above market study, along with a detailed analysis of the key internal processes that comprise a client's end-to-end journey, to identify areas where digitization will provide maximum near term benefit for both our clients and our people. · Creating a blueprint for our digitization strategy. · Creating and executing project work plans to implement the agreed strategy and revising these plans to meet changing needs and requirements. · Collaborating with Operations and Technology to ensure superior product delivery and service.Partner with Technology teams to use the UX (User Experience) designs and develop a user interface that is a balance between technical functionality and visual elements. · Being responsible for change management, as also regionally driving utilization and business adoption. · Maintaining frequent contact with key clients and CCB teams via Agile and unstructured interactions to continually improve digital solutions and identify new digital opportunities.
Other related responsibilities will include: · Leading CRM UCD- User Centered Design; coordinating user testing, interaction design, navigation design and visual design and accessibility and increasingly moving towards an Agile business and development model. · Develop strategy and models for Client, RM and Unified Service Portals. This position gives the individual the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Commercial Bank business via digital transformation. It requires strong people management skills, exceptional stakeholder management and outstanding communication across diverse teams. Working across Citi and communication with senior executive management will provide outstanding opportunities to develop leadership skills and interact with the highest levels in the Bank.
Knowledge/Experience: · Digitization / technology experience, particularly in Agile development methodologies and collaborative approaches to design and management · Minimum 7 years' experience as business manager · Minimum 5 years' experience in the banking sector preferably in Commercial Banking · Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations · Good understanding of the different banking products · Lean Process experience focused on client and end user experience
