The Role Manage a team responsible for a portfolio of clients and work to exceed client expectations. Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables Identify and anticipate client needs, accurately measure potential risks, and offer suitable solutions. Manage relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, and banks. Coordinate with operational groups, financial statement group, tax group etc You will be in charge of the coordination and validation all work delivered by the team. You will actively be involved in internal projects Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients Overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings Coach, develop, train staff Keep in touch with regulatory change in the industry
The Candidate You have between 5 and 8 years of relevant work experience, specifically in Private Equity/Real Estate Fund Administration. Sound knowledge of Alternative Investment funds. Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals Excellent client relationship and communication skills Experience in NAV calculation, NAV oversight and investor servicing. Experience with Consolidation and IFRS Accounting, Audit or strong Fund administration background Fluent in English and French
