The Manager will be part of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Team that oversees the Group's outsourcing activities and loss events reporting. The team is responsible for establishing Group-wide policies, developing risk measurement and monitoring the Group's operational risk profile. The Manager will also work with various stakeholders (i.e subsidiaries, business and line departments in the Bank) to ensure that the Group Outsourcing and Loss Event Reporting programme are carried out effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Management of the Group Outsourcing programme Ø Prepare and report the Group's outsourcing activities to Senior management / Board Ø Review, analyse and maintain the Group's outsourcing record Ø Conduct oversight review on compliance with Group Outsourcing Policy and Procedure Ø Provide guidance, training and advisory to Business Units on the implementation Ø Review and maintain the Group Outsourcing Policy and Procedure Ø Provide oversight on the alignment of Outsourcing Policy and Procedures across the Group
Management of Group Operational Loss Event Reporting Programme Ø Prepare and report the Group's Operational Loss to Senior Management / Board Ø Management of Group Operational Loss Event data Ø Provide guidance, training and support to business units across the Group on Loss Event reporting Ø Review and maintain the Group Loss Event Policy and Procedure Ø Provide oversight on the alignment of Loss Event Policy and Procedures across the Group *LI-EN
Qualifications Ø At least 5 - 8 years working experience in Operational Risk Management Ø Strong knowledge and background in outsourcing risk management and operational loss event management will be an added advantage Ø Strong inter-personal, presentation and project management skills. Ø Possesses positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive Ø Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment that is deadline driven and goal-oriented. Ø Good team player and works well under pressure. Ø Numerate, strong in data management and retrieval Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint
