To support their strong growth, a new role has been created to support 2 senior investment directors and 2 investment executives with their day to day administration as well as provide ad hoc support to the Company Secretary. Each day will be different but the primary duties that will need to be performed to a high standard will include diary management, travel and accommodation booking, creating / amending powerpoint presentations and ensuring that the office is running smoothly by effectively managing all third party service providers. You will also be the brand ambassador when greeting clients.
The successful candidate is likely to bring with them 2-4 years of office administration experience. You will have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Powerpoint whilst familiarity with using a Mac / General Mac applications would also be beneficial. Due to the importance placed on the culture fit, it is your ability to be self-sufficient and proactive with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn which is a prerequisite, as is your excellent and proven communication skills.
