We currently have an Exclusive Compliance mandate for a top Investment Manager in Hong Kong. An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join this well regarded Investment Management firm as an Associate Director, Business Compliance. Base salary is HKD60K to 70K per month.
Our client has a strong presence in Asia and has been providing a wide range of financial products and services in the Asia regions for over a long period of time. Due to continued business expansion in Asia, they are now looking for a Associate Director/ Manager to join this exciting team.
In this role you will report to the Head of Compliance. You will be conducting regular compliance monitoring and carry out compliance advisory to different business units in relations to investment products, licensing, and related regulations. You will need to review, draft and update the internal compliance reviews, policies, procedures and implement strategies to improve better practice. The person will work closely with the product development team and provide compliance advisory when new product launches.
To be a successful candidate, you will have at least 5 to 6 years' compliance experience from a well-regarded fund houses or has compliance experience within an asset manager. You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with internal team members and external regulators. You will be required to have hands on exposure in investment compliance and well familiarized with SFC and MPFA regulations.
