Expereince and networks across Real Estate would be preferred
Identify top accounts for direct and wholesale clients and put in place a strategy to convert from prospect to client.
Make the introduction to potential clients in the product family and initiate a dialogue. Understand the profile and the specific needs of the client.
Develop new business relationships with institutional clients such as pension funds, family offices, large corporates and UHNI's
Develop a marketing campaign strategy by product.
Capture MENA market share, profitably grow MENA imprint and brand equity.
Organize the information flow, proposals and presentations and conference calls, if necessary, with the specific fund manager.
Organize product launches and organize the training of the distributors' relationship managers.
Contribute financial knowledge/sales/business management skills to raising capital.
Assist in commercials and negotiations.
Prepare proposals and deliver presentations.
Qualifications and Competencies
Experienced in Real Estate, financial markets placement / investor relations, private equity sales with 10 + years of working experience in an leading private equity firm, private bank, investment bank, multinational asset management company
Knowledge of both Islamic and conventional products preferred but not essential.
Proven track records in sales capability in MENA markets representing emerging markets private equity or asset management firm.
Skilled at marketing, with technical abilities.
Native level English
