support Wholesale Regional Head on presentations, business analysis, communications within the team and internal stakeholders
support the development and follow up of specific client opportunities in coordinate with investment specialists and the client relationship managers
instigate and drive tactical and strategic initiatives to move the Wholesale business forward to achieve our objectives
actively engage in and contribute to regional and global projects designed to improve Wholesale/Distribution Partner delivery; manage, support and drive the business agenda; support strategic projects, manage ad-hoc operational tasks and project streams
support the Wholesale Regional Head to manage, steer and drive the Wholesale business across regions based on strategy setting, business planning and progress tracking, and work closely with Strategy Team on regional/functional strategy
work closely with the Client relationship managers and Finance to ensure all NNM pipelines and client opportunities as well as other financial number are up-to-date and accurate
work closely with the Business Risk Management in relation to all aspects concerning the wholesale team

Your team You will work closely with the regional wholesale client coverage team running the business management activities independently and support client development activities. The role will provide you with very holistic yet hands-on experiences across the UBS Asset management business, offering and clients.
Your experience and skills You have
at least 5 years of experience in asset management or related fields. (practical experience in serving asset management clients, product or investment experiences are preferred!)
a good understanding of wholesale client (Banks/Insurances/IFA) needs
excellent organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and schedule workload
general project management skills and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
the ability to work under pressure and cope with difficult and changing scenarios
an University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
logical, systematic in delivering work AND able to work flexibly to meet deadlines in a challenging environment
IT literate. Excellent MS office skills, ability to create PowerPoint slides, etc.
Fluent in English. Mandarin an advantage.
