We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Communications Manager, Group Insurance.
In this role, you will
Execute a cohesive employee and external communications for Insurance
Support and implement integrated communications for Insurance, which is aligned to Group strategy
Strengthen understanding and engagement among internal cross business audiences, to support growth
Help create an external profile for the business that attracts clients and talent, and promotes growth
Coordinate with global, regional, business and country communications teams to execute communications for Insurance.
Provide support to Insurance for delivering their key messages and positioning and keep focus on priority markets.
Maintain knowledge of global industry developments, stakeholder requirements, competitor activities and market trends to shape and inform the future communications direction of Insurance.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Good understanding of insurance business and industry, preferably with strong knowledge and experience in integrated insurance communications
Ability to build strong relationship with Insurance senior management and working level contacts
Effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to operate within a global matrix and prioritise competing demands
Creative and entrepreneurial to find communication solutions and opportunities
Proven ability to champion global strategy while delivering locally relevant output
Strong storytelling, presentation and writing skills and ability to produce clear, engaging narrative.
Strong interpersonal skills and personal presence and credibility with senior and working level stakeholders, preferably with established media networks and experience in new formats and digital media and channels
Strong project and event management experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese
