Requirements Good track records of people manager experience Degree Holder with at least 10-15 years experience in operations and / or business process improvement initiatives. Preferably with risk management experience in Financial Services Industry Strong management skill with sense of Operational Risk and Controls Strategic in planning, possess good organisational and analytical skills Open-minded, able to think out-of-the-box, able to address problems in effective and efficient way, with good problem solving skills Good people engagement skills, working in collaboration across teams and regional offices and Head Office.
