PMG Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products and projects, Governance and Control and Business Management. You will be a key member of the team providing critical cross functional BAU support across the Bank. Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Management & Operational Support, you will provide operational and day to day Business Management support for Investment Advisory & Sales team with focus on Managed investments, responsible for all operational activities to run the BAU business.
The role requires basic understanding of products, communication and effective coordination of multiple priorities, managing interdependencies including oversight of risks and issues. In addition this requires effective engagement with senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Head of Investment advisory, Head of Private Equity and Head of Managed investment Sales. Your duties will include the following but not limited to;
Preparation of documentation to subscribe to feeder fund and PE fund manager (Inclusive of tax forms)
Support fund houses request on due diligence on BOS
Support the team to complete Funds on-boarding process - PDPA and AML procedures
Liaise with feeder fund administrator and custodian for adhoc legal, regulatory and operational queries
Liquidation of feeder funds
Prepare board resolutions for distributions and other instruction letters
Send quarterly reports to RMs and Operations
You are degree qualified with at least 2-4 years' experience; preference will be for candidates with good analytical skills, good understanding of business/product matters in banking
Knowledge of basic products in Private Banking, especially Private Equity and Funds will be a plus
You would ideally have an Asset Management/PE Operations background, however a good understanding of the business and operations process is mandatory
You are a driven self-starter who is delivery focused
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
You are well organized and have initiative. You can work independently.
University degree preferably in Finance from a reputable university
