We Offer Collaborate with IHC data quality and lineage teams, technology architecture teams, IHC Business and CDO and the larger CDO organization. This role is an individual contributor responsible for understanding the data issues to support high quality data for IHC and coordination into larger bank wide data strategy.
Responsibilities involve understanding and communicating data issues and lineage tradeoffs between systems and understanding the data in each system and its evolution through the data pipelines of the firm. Role involves leveraging solid data system development understanding to work across both business process lineage and technical / physical lineages. The candidate will need to understand the issues involved in and understand how to align business and technical lineages effectively. Candidate is responsible for coordinating data quality and lineage solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Build strong working relationships with various teams across Credit-Suisse to understand data quality issues, existing data architecture and work to propose and build consensus for solutions.
Develop deep technical understanding of issues and work with management to drive resolution on program issues/risks.
Support the simplification of front to back processes (e.g. process streamlining, feed standardization/ reduction, etc.), where applicable.
Role will be tasked with partnering with their management and working with multiple groups and stakeholders across business and technology and architecture teams.

Ability to work both independently and with management to strive for high quality data in a timely and effective manner
Experience with traditional and big data technologies
Multi-tier architectural experience with understanding of SOA large system design and delivery
Strong background in data warehouse, data management and data analytics
Understanding of business process, data lineage, physical and technical lineage
Excellent written; presentation writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Detail oriented; Analytical with problem solving abilities
Professional and energetic
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment under tight regulatory timeframes
Proven track record working within a Financial data related environment
Ability to identify issues, recognize root causes and take appropriate action or recommend possible scenarios to solve problems
