Reporting to the Head of Client Relationship, you will be directly responsible for client satisfaction both to internal stakeholders and external fund and custodian clients, as well as being responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of information and the first escalation point for service queries. You must have operational experience within the Investment Management arena; knowledge of UCIT market and regulations; and previous client facing experience. Additionally, you will need strong communication and written skills in order to prepare and deliver fund industry related presentations.
