Be the primary client facing subject matter expert for service delivery impacting matters
Manage external communications of the operations teams - with PMs, risk managers, Manco delegation oversight teams, auditors and Depo Bank oversight - concerning NAV validation and investment compliance issues.
Pre-empt (where possible) and manage/resolve service issues and ensure timely communication to the client.
Represent Fund Administration services internally and externally, namely addressing clients' queries/requests. Support the Co-ordination and delivery of all key service reviews and due diligence questionnaires with the client.
Work across the various processes (Fund Accounting, Pricing, fee-set-up, trade processing, Nav validation and investment compliance) presenting clients with a holistic view of the Fund Administration services delivered.
Ensure that the service quality that is delivered to clients is of a superior standard.
Assist the various Fund Administration servicing teams to excel in their tasks and identifying opportunities for improving quality of service delivered to clients.
Support client training requirements including maximizing self service opportunities.
Support Snr Management with appropriate escalation of all issues, service updates, and progress updates for the client.
Ensure Legal Documentation is constantly up-to-date and regular reviews are occurring between relevant parties (SLAs, Agreements, Operating Memorandums).
Qualifications and skills required:
The ideal candidate will be educated to third level in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, economics or similar)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the investment fund industry is required and the successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of investment fund law and fund accounting
Good command of Microsoft Excel and powerpoint; familiarity with MIG21 or GP3 is a strong asset
Ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
Champion cooperation and partnership with your team colleagues, while able to complete tasks independently
Client Service: Ability to interact efficiently with Clients and effectively manage client expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with complimentary presentation skills.
Comfortable interacting with people at all levels and presenting to clients and management
Organized, conscientious and strive for an error-free performance
Fluent in English and in French. German a plus
