Global Consumer Financial Services serves almost 3 million customers across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China. What is it like being a Financial Protection Specialist at OCBC? As a Financial Protection Specialist, you will be assigned to branch clusters and seated at centralised cluster hub offices. You will provide comprehensive insurance advisory services to customers through the active promotion and cross-selling of our full range of protection products that include endowments, medical and life insurance. With an emphasis on consultative selling to meet customers' needs, you will also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationship and provide good after-sales service to them. You will also be actively involved in seminars, events and sales campaign.
To help you succeed in your role, you will join our structured training program during the first 6 weeks of your career with us. Thereafter you will also have at least 5 training days every year to help you further develop your career and keep your skills sharp and up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.
As a successful Financial Protection Specialist, you will have the option to take your career forward by either pursuing our Management Route, on the path of becoming a Team Manager one day, or the Sales Route, growing into a Senior Financial Protection Specialist. Plus, as a top performer, you will also expect high future earnings that will enable you to go on your dream holiday.
Preferably a Fresh Degree Holder or Diploma with sales experience
