We are hiring a:
UK Corporate Finance/ECM - Analyst/Associate, London
After continued success in the UK markets, our ECM team is looking to hire additional resource to help with it's significant growth plans in the coming years.
Undertaking valuation exercises including trading comps, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow models
Preparing presentation materials
Undertaking detailed sector and company research on an ad-hoc basis
Collating and administering regulatory documents on transactions
Liaising with the Research and Sales teams on ECM roadshows and/or transactions
Attending meetings and calls with mandated and potential clients in support of senior corporate financiers
Liaising with co-advisers on projects, such as lawyers, accountants and financial PR
Assisting with client take-on procedures; and
Assisting with ongoing market advice to corporate clients Your profile:
Strong academic results; educated to degree level with a minimum 2.1
ACA qualified with professional experience in transactions ervices team at a reputable accounting firm OR have 1+ years experience at an investment bank/ boutique advisory firm/broking firm.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Be proactive, positive, self motivated and goal oriented
Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work
Demonstrate commercial awareness
Work well in a team environment
Keen interest in corporate finance
Keen interest in the equities market
