You will not only get exposure to the deal process - including business development, origination, structuring and execution - but also will gain an understanding of how the different areas of the bank, including Corporate Finance, Sales & Trading, Research, and M&A interact. Senior management takes a keen interest in your progress and will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively. You will take on responsibility quickly with a view to developing your knowledge tool kit.
Providing support on marketing and execution of various types of offerings such as IPOs, capital increases, and sell downs of shares
Preparing analyses of transaction precedents, shareholding structures, stock's metrics and performances
Gathering market data to analyze trends, investor sentiment and markets outlooks
Attending team discussions and client meetings, where you may be asked to deliver parts of a presentation
Top class undergraduate degree from a leading university
Fluency in English
Strong quantitative / analytical skills
Prior experience executing Equity transactions would be preferable
A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
