What to expect as a Capstone Intern?
We are looking for intelligent, driven interns - with an interest in both finance and policy. Candidates who can create ideas and have top-notch research skills. You will assist analysts in research and analysis of key policy themes affecting the investment theses of our clients. The majority of your time will be spent working on client projects with our senior analysts and management team. Capstone is an intellectually-challenging environment where interns will be asked to take on a significant amount of responsibility. Successful interns can receive full-time offers.
