Maintains & enhances relationship with existing clients. Provides daily client service for the relationship. Focus is on retaining existing accounts through proactive identification & satisfaction of client needs.
Directly manages the daily client service activities, handle client inquiries and manage timely and accurate response
Manage/Participate in the production of client reporting, presentation, RFP answers and other relevant materials
Manage cross-departmental company internal projects as assigned from time to time
Assist with business related market research and translation
May participate in selling new products to existing clients.
BSBA + minimum of 5 yrs related experience in client service/ relationship management in the financial services industry.
Basic knowledge of company products and operational issues related to client needs preferred.
