We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Premier Team Head
In this role, you will
Responsible for providing financial advisory and service leadership to the branch team with a focus on planning and formulating branch development activities
Mentor junior staff towards providing clients with effective needs based financial advisory towards addressing clients requirements for investment and insurance related solutions
Drive and expand customer relationships through consistent review and servicing of personal and commercial financial service solutions
Direct and control and operations and administration of the branch to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
Develop a service driven team in the branch in order to deliver quality customer service and proactively encourage referrals of the Groups products and services
To identify development needs of the staff
Retain customers by providing a one stop service within HBSC Group
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Evidence of strong past records in wealth solutions acquisition
Relationship management experience with high net worth clients
Strong technical skills in wealth management
Strong communication client focus and influencing skills
Strong sales orientation networking and portfolio management skills
Sound knowledge of financial services solutions and services and the client relationship management system
Understanding of business banking client segment and solutions and services
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
