The incumbent will serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts on the business side and application development. The focus of this role will be to understand functional requirements/specifications for projects, working alongside Project Management, Application Development, Architect and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the code is delivered as per functional specification and business requirement. The incumbent will act as a developer on the implementation of key business and technology change initiatives within the Wealth Management process and application domains.
Coding and implementation of client reporting solutions using Pitney Bowes CCM technologies.
Design and creation of complex templates such as client statements, advices, letters.
Application level and system level troubleshooting.
Program design, coding and code review.
Testing and defect management.
Pre & Post implementation support.
Work closely with the business analyst for qualitative code delivery.
Coordinate the cross-functional team members and activities for work streams or entire change and technology implementation initiatives while ensuring that code is delivered as per business requirements and written functional specifications, and report the progress to the Project Manager and/or functional stream leads accordingly.
At least 8+ years of experience in CCM Pitney Bowes tools.
Experience in implementing, debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting in PB based solutions.
Good knowledge on Pitney Bowes CCM products (Doc1 v6 and Sagent Dataflow) and also orchestration tools like Automate BPA.
Proficient in designing document and using designer tools.
Good knowledge on DB server like SQL and able to create and debug stored procedures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently with minimal assistance.
Able to work within stringent timelines and in a multi-cultural environment.
Quick in understanding business requirements and functional specification document.
Advantageous Skills (not strictly required)
Good knowledge on VB Scripts and programming languages like .Net or Java.
Technical skills in CCM technology.
Good to have implementation experience in Private Banking projects.
