Assess the overall projects to be invested and selectively participate in the projects to be invested due diligence as well as valuation work.
Determine follow-up management andthe key points to be inspected, and put forward the post-investment management measures according to specific business.
Responsible for comprehensive risk monitoring for invested projects, put forward risk prevention proposals, and urge the implementation of risk-mitigating and corrective measures.
Responsible for following up on investing execution and post-investment management and monitoring, for issuing regular post-investment management reports, and for working out project exit plans and implementation work.
Conduct research on industry related to the projects to be invested, and regularly collect relevant major policy changes.
Complete the other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, law or equivalent.
With 4-7 years of experience in professional investment or post-investment management, with a certain understanding of the industries, business models, finance situation, investment opportunities and risks, transaction structure, and exit benefits, etc. related to the projects of debt, equity and fund, and familiar with key risks of various types and a certain type of projects.
Familiar with policies, laws and regulations in the related industries, especially with an experience of cross-border post-investment management and capital operation.
Proficient in enterprise management system and process and with a clear understanding of asset management processes and norms.
Familiar with investment analysis, risk assessment, capital market and financing business.
Familiar with the listing process of equity investment projects, with strong financial analysis and sensitivity.
Good at analyzing and solving problems; having a keen insight into the market and an excellent capability of prediction and execution; with an excellent skills of communication and negotiation.
Good language skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork.
