Your role will be to effectively provide regular daily and ad-hoc operations support to the investment teams and the organisation's institutional clients. This will involve cash and position reconciliations, monthly reporting to clients, fee calculations, preparation and review of portfolio reporting packs, review of trust distributions, and other related duties as necessary. You will work directly and in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, including global operations, sales and client services, portfolio managers, and administrators and service providers. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of clients' portfolios, and maintain a high level of diligence and communication to ensure accurate and precise outcomes.
A suitable candidate will have had at least 4-5 years of investment operations or institutional client service experience with an investment management firm or custodian, with expertise across different asset classes. Professional accounting qualifications such as CA/CPA are preferable, alongside a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field. Very strong organisational, analytical, and communication capabilities are of fundamental importance, as is the ability to work autonomously and diligently with minimal supervision.
