As part of Cbus' rapidly expanding investments team, this newly created position will lead a variety of investment performance projects, including enhancing existing and delivering new analytical and performance attribution capabilities. You will be part of a small, high performing team focused on providing in-depth investment performance analytics and reporting across multiple asset class portfolios to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires proven hands-on technical performance experience and strong knowledge of attribution methodologies, processes and systems in a multi asset class environment. The successful candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and will be expected to successfully engage with various levels of the organisation and manage relationships with external service providers.
Previous senior experience delivering in-depth investment analytics and reporting in the investment management, superannuation or broader financial services sector would be highly advantageous. Experience with complex financial instruments and derivative overlays would also be preferred.
