Our client is an established asset management house renowned for its diversified investment management services and products to high net worth individuals, financial intermediaries and institutional clients. They are now seeking for top calibre candidates to join them in Hong Kong.
Responsible for the completion of requests including due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in order to win and retain business in the firm's institutional and intermediary distribution channels in the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for overseeing and managing the entire proposal process, serving as an integral contributor to client acquisition and retention efforts. Working within stated deadlines, collaborates directly with senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Investments, Legal and other units, to strategically and accurately position the firm and its products, personnel, policies, and procedures in proposals.
To be considered, you will hold a University degree with around 2 to 7 years of experience in handling and responding RFPs independently and preparing presentations in financial industry. Knowledge of the industry and market. Familiar with data mining and compiling. Fluent in English and Chinese.
