The role will be part of the Middle Office and Governance team who is responsible for the documentation in UOBAM. The successful candidate will report directly to Head of Documentation. This role is required to work with fund lawyers to set up new fund, perform annual relodgement / supplementary of prospectuses & product highlight sheet and trust deeds. In this role, you will be expected to provide advice on relevant regulatory and legal requirements and to suggest appropriate control to be documented where necessary. You are also required to review all contractual documents and maintain legal documents' template.
Degree holder in banking/finance/accountancy and preferably with at least 4-5 years or relevant working experience in similar environment
Strong analytical skills, proactive, able to think creatively and work independently with excellent verbal and written skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties of all levels
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Must be driven, independent, responsible and highly adaptable to changes
