An important role in APAC ERM team providing RMC & New Business support
Being part of an highly diversified and motivated team and dynamic environment ensuring effective delivery of the overall APAC ERM mandate
In this position you are responsible for providing support to APAC & Singapore Risk Committee meetings (RMC). APAC RMC is conducted on a monthly basis and Singapore RMC on a fortnightly basis. This role is important in enabling the smooth running of these risk committee meetings by ensuring that all aspects of the meeting logistics are well taken care of. This includes but not limited to setting agenda items, collating presentation materials, allocating time slot for each topics, collating Sub-committees' submission of key items for escalation, submitting executive summaries to parent committees, writing RMC minutes etc, all of which need to be coordinated and completed in a timely manner. Post meetings, ensure that all outstanding actions are tracked & status reported till the final closure of such items.
In addition, you are also responsible for providing support to the newly established New Business single CRO sign-off process. The role is important in ensuring sufficient support provided to the APAC central CRO NB coordinator for the overall sign-off governance process which includes coordinating CRO assessment across all respective Risk Functions, i.e. MRM, NTMLRM, CRM, RFDAR, ORM and location CROs, to establish the aggregated view for read-across/consistency checks and get ready for the final CRO sign-offs within the given timelines issued by the central New Business team.
Provide general admin support to the APAC ERM team and any additional support for ad-hoc projects where required
