In charge of sales performance to achieve business target of our new business line;
Plan and implement strategic development plan in client portfolio expansion and relationship management;
Structure deals that balance reward and risk to align team incentives to clients' interests;
Work closely with product and support team to provide solution of cross- selling; and
Lead sales team to achieve compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Professional qualification and/ or university degree in Finance or related is preferred;
Candidates with at least 15 years'relevant experience gained from reputable private bank or financial institution;
Self-motivated, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
