Reporting to the CIO, your main role will be to support the marketing efforts of the firm and to ensure that the investors receive the highest quality of service. Your daily duties include providing a high quality customer service and maintaining good client relationships; responding to client requests and active communication with investors; preparing and updating marketing materials including presentations & reporting. In addition, you will also be actively liaising with internal parties i.e.: portfolio management, back office and other teams with regards to clients reporting, requests and other projects.
To qualify, you must have over 5 years of financial experience, working for a hedge fund or asset management firm with relevant experience in investor relations/ marketing/ client services. Solid knowledge of the fund industry and operations is preferred. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to engage with clients at all levels within the firm. Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
