Building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts within asset management, focusing on individuals within sales, relationship management, marketing and product-related roles
Proactively developing existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams at target investment managers
Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from inception to completion
Managing long-term close working relationships with candidates and clients alike
Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc. within a business environment
Working within a team to deliver on business targets
Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
Preferred skills & competencies:
1 to 5 years' experience within recruitment
Asset management experience beneficial but not required
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work
Strong account management skills
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Attention to detail in all aspects of work
Emotional intelligence and superior ability to manage complexity
Strong team player
Excellent project and process management skills
Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
