Responsible for the talent acquisition function for all levels of hiring.
Develop the staffing strategy in alignment with organizational objectives to ensure business goals are met.
Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process including partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs, creating and delivering recruitment strategies, and driving the sourcing, selection & hiring process.
Provide consultation to business and HR stakeholders on talent acquisition related topics including marketplace trends, talent availability, and sourcing and selection strategies while also ensuring legal compliance and resolution of any recruitment related issues.
Continuous evaluate and enhance the recruitment operating model.
Lead employer recruitment brand strategy, including social media strategy, and implementation with internal and external partners.
Manage recruitment budget and reporting for recruitment tools and sources.
University degree with a minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisitions experience specializing in finance industry.
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
