We have been exclusively mandated to hire a talented, motivated and entrepreneurial Legal Counsel, to be based in their Luxembourg office, to assist, support and report to their Group General Counsel.
Applicants will be responsible for:
handling all legal matters as in-house legal counsel for the Luxembourg office
providing assistance and support to other Group offices
working closely on a day to day basis with both their Legal Counsel in Dublin and Group General Legal Counsel
Applicants will be required to have:
Entrepreneurial, agile and flexible approach particular to technology driven firm
Gained in-house experience by working for a global administrator or investment manager, or as a lawyer in the funds group of a large corporate law firm
Extensive experience in the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of funds including:
hedge funds / funds of funds
private equity funds
and other specialized (classic and/or new) fund products
5-8 Year's post admission experience
Admission as a lawyer in Luxembourg
Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales or Ireland would also be most helpful
Fluency in spoken and written English and French is essential.
