Churchill is looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate to support the Underwriting & Portfolio Management Team in all aspects of the deal process including due-diligence, deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. The ideal candidate will be very entrepreneurial and a strong self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision. The Senior Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate plays an integral role in the firm's operations and is an active member of deal teams assembled to work on specific transactions. Responsibilities include:
Financial analysis and modeling
Investment due diligence including extensive market and company research
Risk identification and analysis
Excellent analytical, financial and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills; establish effective working relationships with teammates
Clear, concise, and quality oral presentation skills
Balancing thoroughness and efficiency of work
Quality of final written product; ability to effectively summarize key points
1-3+ years of investment banking, credit underwriting or leveraged finance experience
Education: Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record
