We are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills to work with the UK Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) Team PMO. The Candidate should would need to work with the UK and Global RRP teams, as well as with people from all areas across the Firm.
Coordinating global and local team meetings
Preparing materials for team, governance and regulatory meetings
Maintaining and tracking action lists for the team
Assisting with reporting to Firm governance committees and senior management
Planning governance schedules with CoSec
Maintaining the UK RRP Sharepoint site and ensuring it contains all relevant materials
Project planning for various RRP deliverables
Assisting with RRP deliverable documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
Ability to lead and multitask, including oversight of several projects
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight timelines
Ability to work with a global team
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues
Ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to different projects and tasks
Availability to travel to London during the year
