To help ensure that AXA IM marketing materials and other external communications comply with internal policies and applicable regulation, by reviewing and signing off on those documents where required and by accompanying business teams that produce those documents with training and guidance on the principles that must be observed.
- To review financial promotions / marketing material destined for dissemination outside of AXA IM in accordance with AXA IM policies and applicable European regulation. - To provide guidance and advice to business teams on the principles to observe for the elaboration of financial promotions / marketing material - To participate and provide input in the definition of rules to govern the process of review and approval of financial promotions / marketing material, taking into account evolutions in the regulatory landscape and emerging best practices. - To participate when required in projects to refine the process of review and approval of marketing material and the tools used for this purpose, with an eye on maintaining and improving its efficiency - To provide training to and ensure awareness on the part of internal stakeholders on the principles that must be observed for the elaboration of financial promotions / marketing material - To support local and global compliance teams where required, including by providing input on local documents or the review of global marketing campaigns
Experience and Qualifications:
Technical skills: - Minimum 5 years' experience on distribution and financial promotion matters, preferably within the Asset Management industry - Relevant industry qualification or degree - Excellent understanding of European regulatory requirements related to financial promotions and their practical application - Ability to shape and implement procedures with global reach - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing, with the ability to work across different jurisdictions and with stakeholders across different parts of the firm - Excellent language skills in French and English. Prior experience in investment writing, including to a retail / wholesale audience is a plus.
